    Selected and curated by Jacky Lai, the 2014 World Coffee Roasting Champion and founder of Coffee Bullet Roastery, this exclusive lot represents a long-awaited return to his Championship Selection series. With over 13 years of experience in the coffee industry, Jacky is a renowned name in the global specialty coffee scene. The last release under this series was the much-loved Worka Natural Peaberry nearly five years ago—and now, after a hiatus largely due to the pandemic, he’s back with a standout selection from Ethiopia’s famed Guji region.Sourced from Uraga, a highland area within Guji, this coffee comes from the Uraga Washing Station, a central hub that receives cherries from surrounding smallholder farmers. Set at altitudes above 2,200 meters above sea level, this region’s cool climate and rich soils create ideal growing conditions for heirloom varieties. The cherries are carefully processed using traditional washed and natural methods, yielding coffees known for their exceptional clarity, complexity, and vibrant fruit expression.
